By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping & Handling

• Ship2YaadWithRNM.com ships packages from the USA weekly and from China bi-weekly Air and SEA 6-9WKS.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or mis deliveries caused by incorrect details.

2. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted:

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives

• Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances

• Pornographic or obscene materials

• Counterfeit or pirated goods

• Any items restricted or prohibited under Jamaican customs law

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All shipments are subject to Jamaican customs inspection.

• The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, GCT, or import taxes.

• Ship2YaadWithRNM.com is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from customs processing.

4. Package Consolidation & Handling

• We offer free package consolidation if requested before shipment leaves our warehouse.

• Customers must request additional protective packaging (e.g., bubble wrap) for fragile items.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from manufacturer or seller packaging.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Ship2YaadWithRNM.com is not responsible for packages damaged due to poor original packaging or mislabeled items.

• We will assist with filing claims for lost packages, but refunds are not guaranteed unless the shipment was insured.

• Insurance is optional and available upon request before shipment.

6. Payment Methods

All payments must be made in full before packages are released or delivered.

We accept:

• NCB (National Commercial Bank)

• JN Bank

• Scotiabank

• PayPal

• Direct local deposits or transfers

7. Storage & Pickup Policy

• Packages must be picked up within 5 days of arrival in Jamaica (unless scheduled for delivery).

• After 5 days, a storage fee of JMD $100 per day up to 5 days will be charged for each uncollected package , after that 10 days period packages that is left uncollected will attracted a $200 fee going forward.

• Packages not collected within 30 days may be considered abandoned and Ship2yaadwithrnm will declare that package.

• All package 10lb and over is required to be paid for in advanced before dispatched for delivered seen as there's no physical location as yet.

• China shipment packages over 10lb is to be paid for in advanced before dispatched for delivery and will take up to 4 days after payment reflects, these packages will not be cleared at the wharf and then not collected by customer we have bared too many losses where we clear out of pocket and customer refused to pay, once payment reflect package will be collected from Kingston and then brought down to Montego bay or Falmouth and distributed, failure to collect after 30 days after package incurs storage becomes a property of SHIP2YAADWITHRNM.

8. Assisted Purchases

• We provide assisted purchases for clients shopping from the USA or China.

• A service fee may apply based on the order value or complexity.

• Ship2YaadWithRNM.com is not responsible for wrong or faulty items shipped by third-party sellers.

9. Refund Policy

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless delivery is not possible due to an error on our part.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Items confiscated by customs

  • Packages improperly declared by the customer

  • Damaged items not insured or protected as requested

10. Policy Changes

Ship2YaadWithRNM.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of major updates through our website and official social media pages.
